Indeed, tokens of certain other types must be excluded too.
Realization physicalism certainly entails that all the many sciences are uniﬁed – in the speciﬁc sense that the tokens postulated by, and described in the respective proprietary vocabularies of, the special sciences all stand in the realization relation to things that are physical in the narrow sense currently being explicated. But it is just a non sequitur to deduce from this that physicalism must therefore regard physics itself as similarly uniﬁed with regard to some proper part of itself.
