Grandma Stout’s Brownies
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa into a large bowl.
- Add sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla. Stir batter until fairly smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a 9×13 inch greased pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 29-31 minutes.
